2021 Reserve Bordeaux Blend "Cherry Heaven"
This Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend greets the senses with enticing aromas of fragrant black tea and luscious, ripe cherry. Intriguing notes of baking spices, graphite and olive add depth to this rich, layered wine. The palate shows a wide array of sophisticated dark fruit flavors, including succulent blackberry and plum leading to a taut, energetic core. The finish is round and supply textured around dense darkness that endures with pronounced hints plum sauce and cherry, leaving a lasting impression of depth and complexity. Aged for 19 months in 40% new barrels (100% French Oak) and 60% once-filled barrels.
